Benefits
We recognize that our employees are our greatest assets, and without them, we could not exist. We take great pride in making every effort to provide our employees with the best environment for success. We currently offer the following benefits package for all full-time employees. (These benefits are subject to change.)
Time Off:
All full-time employees receive ten (10) paid holidays each year. In addition, full-time employees earn paid time off, which may be used for vacation, personal, or sick time. Leave is accrued at the following rate:
| 1-5 years service: | 15 days/year | |
| 6-10 years service: | 20 days/year | |
| Over 11 years service: | 25 days/year |
Health Insurance:
Health insurance is available on the first day of the month following 30 days of continuous employment. Procon subsidizes group health insurance for employees and/or the employee’s family to include medical, vision, and prescription coverage.
Dental Insurance:
Dental insurance is available on the first day of the month following 30 days of continuous employment. Procon subsidizes group health insurance for employees and/or the employee’s family.
Other Insurance:
Life, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), short-term disability (STD), and long-term disability (LTD) insurance are provided to full-time employees as a company-paid benefit.
Tuition Assistance Program:
Procon has a strong commitment to life-long learning, which it supports through the Tuition Assistance Program. Procon will reimburse tuition 100% for a maximum of $3,500 per calendar year at the successful completion of approved academic and other training courses relevant to our business.
401(k) Plan:
Procon’s 401(k) plan is a valuable program that helps employees save for retirement and helps employees provide for a more successful financial future. Procon employees become eligible to join the 401(k) plan after completing 3 months of service.
