General Services Administration Public Building Service (PBS)
Procon provides technical expertise in the implementation of the PBS Project Information Portal (PIP), which is a web-based project reporting system for the Public Buildings Service’s $12 billion major capital construction program. The PIP features a customized Earned Value Management (EVM) tool that is used to track performance measurement on approximately 150 contracts valued at over $4.5 billion. Procon also provides information security expertise, strategic planning, and content management support services for PBS.
National Cancer Institute

Procon provides comprehensive IT portfolio management and capital planning services to the National Cancer Institute (NCI). Procon’s support includes the integration of NCI’s matrix organization with the IT capital planning process. We prepare reports compliant with the Federal Information Technology Management Regulations as required by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and other Federal Information Technology policy and oversight agencies.
GSA PBS Acquisition Consulting Services
Procon provides acquisition consulting services for the GSA PBS Regional Procurement Officer, Northwest Arctic Region. We provide acquisition services that allow the Region to improve the performance, management, and efficiency of its acquisition program. We write procedures for various acquisition processes including preparing and implementing templates, guides, checklists, forms, and training.
St. Elizabeths Campus Program

Procon provides design and construction management support services to the General Services Administration (GSA) in the redevelopment of the 176-acres St. Elizabeths West Campus site. The West Campus, a National Historic Landmark, is presently being considered for the headquarters of U.S. Coast Guard and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Eisenhower Executive Office Building (EEOB)
Procon provides construction and schedule management support services for the $300 million Eisenhower Executive Office Building (EEOB) renovation program. The building is located next to the West Wing, which was originally built for the State, War, and Navy Departments between 1871 and 1888.
