Procon provided comprehensive program and project management services on the $600 million 1.5 million gross square foot US Department of Transportation Headquarters construction project, located in southeast Washington, DC. Procon’s services included the management of the project’s scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, and risk.

Procon provided design and construction project management services in coordinating and monitoring the construction of the 2.5 million gross square foot U.S. Census Headquarters Project. The Procon team advised the Government in every aspect of the Design-Build-Bridging process, which included areas of contract conformance, project schedule, and other construction related issues.

Procon assisted the MTA in initiating and implementing an electronic Project Management (e-PM) system within MTA agencies to improve collaboration of project teams. The e-PM project developed an agenject developed an agency-wide protocol for project information and communications for MTA.
