Procon has provided Commissioning services to the American Chemical Society (ACS) for over 20 years.

Procon commissioned the ACS headquarters building in 2010 when it was originally Platinum LEED certified. In 2015 the headquarters building was re-certified Platinum, and the Othmer Building was certified LEED Platinum. In 2020, Procon again provided retro-commissioning for both buildings and they were re-certified Platinum under the LEED v4 rating system. In addition, Procon has provided mechanical engineering support for refrigeration and IAQ/EQ credits.
