Acquisition Support
Procon’s provides cradle-to-grave acquisition support that allows contracting officers to effectively develop and execute acquisition strategies and plans. We offer unparalleled, up-to-date knowledge of the federal procurement process and can help our federal clients understand the complex rules, regulations, and procedures.
Procon personnel have experience with pre-award efforts including performing market research, developing acquisition plans, and preparing justifications. In the source selection phase, Procon assists with conducting pre-bid conferences, evaluating technical proposals, and determining responsiveness and responsibility. After a contract is awarded, Procon performs administrative tasks, such as conducting pre-work conferences, reviewing payrolls for compliance, processing labor complaints, and investigating delays to determine cause. As a contract nears completion, Procon assists our clients in obtaining release of claims, initiating final payment, and completing final contractor performance evaluations.
Contract Management
Government leaders have the responsibility to make sure that our tax dollars are managed and spent appropriately. As a result, it is important to have cost-efficient strategies, tools, and skills required to accomplish various contract management tasks.
Procon’s services help federal agencies improve their contract performance. We assist our clients in assessing financial systems to identify deficiencies and data integrity. We help devise accounting policies and procedures to track our clients’ contracts. We assist in preparing financial reports that contain detailed records of contract commitments, obligations, and expenditures. No matter the task, our clients can be assured that Procon personnel have proven knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, OMB Circular standards, the Anti-Deficiency Act, and other pertinent regulations.
