Real Estate Planning
Procon works with its clients to provide expertise in real estate development of federal properties. We assist in negotiations with federal agencies, private developers, and financing sources. As part of our services, we provide strategic recommendations regarding real estate development. We also manage development budgets, review various market feasibility studies, and prepare revenue projections using real estate pro forma analysis.
Design Management
Procon works closely with the project team in managing and coordinating the construction design process. We collaborate with owners in the selection of Architect/Engineer (A/E), general contractors, and other specialty consultants. At all phases of design, Procon develops budget estimates and project schedules to provide our clients with the essential foundation for a successful increased visibility of their design project. We provide value engineering and constructability analysis to reduce costs without sacrificing quality or performance requirements. We also collaborate with local and federal approval agencies in all aspects of the construction design process.
Design Technology
Procon works closely with clients to harness the available technologies to improve productivity, quality, and performance during the design process. Our talent pool, along with our network of corporate partnerships and industry affiliations, encompasses a wide range of technology skill sets. This includes a focus on web-based collaboration technologies, Building Information Modeling (BIM), 4-D schedule modeling, and various Computer Aided Design (CAD) support services.
