Performance Management (Earned Value Management)
Procon has extensive experience in Performance Based Management and Earned Value Reporting. We have successfully implemented Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) for several federal capital programs. Our EVMS solutions provide increased visibility into the health of our clients’ programs. We can provide the knowledge and experience to build and operate a successful EVMS to be compliant with OMB Circular A-11 and ANSI/EIA 748.
Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC)
Procon’s capital planning process is based on the requirements of the Clinger-Cohen Act, OMB Circulars A-11, A-76, A-94, and related federal requirements. We work with our clients throughout the select, control, and evaluate phases for all of our clients’ IT investments. We develop selection and scoring criteria, create compliance processes, provide performance monitoring, and ensure proper presentation of CPIC reports to IT governance boards. We also prepare Exhibit 53 and 300 business cases in accordance with OMB capital asset regulations.
Financial Management
Procon’s financial management services integrate the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to perform life-cycle capital asset budgeting and accounting. We provide an array of financial management services that provide our clients with sound capital planning, budgeting, and tracking practices. We work with our clients to prepare comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and reports while tracking the performance of contracts and maintaining detailed records on commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
