For the second year in a row, Procon has received a Project Achievement Award from CMAA National Capital Chapter for Best Building Project.
Procon was honored to receive CMAA NCC’s Project Achievement Award for Best Building Project under $50M for our work on the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs HQ Office Optimization in downtown DC. This $15.8M interior renovation for GSA Region 11 transformed multiple outdated office floors (80,000 SF) into a secure, efficient, and modern workplace—delivered on time and on budget.
Last year, Procon received this prestigious award in the over $150M category for the new construction of the WMATA HQ building in Alexandria, VA.
