25 years ago, we identified a gap in the building construction industry. We knew something was missing. We knew we could leverage innovation and technology to improve upon the way projects are managed and delivered. With that vision, we founded Procon.
We knew failure was not an option. Like many small businesses, our early focus was simple: deliver exceptional work, earn the trust of our clients, and build a team committed to doing things the right way.
What we did not know was that Procon would continue to grow for many more years to come. We could not have predicted the momentum that would carry us through 10 years, then 20, and ultimately to our 25th anniversary in 2025.
Throughout our 25th year, Procon experienced a period of remarkable growth and transformation.
We secured our first international contract while expanding our national footprint across nearly every U.S. state and territory. We welcomed our 200th employee, received our first national project award from the Construction Management Association of America, and surpassed key business milestones—winning the largest contract award in our company’s history and surpassing our revenue goal by $10M.
We launched new thought leadership initiatives, strengthened our partnerships with academic institutions like Virginia Tech, and continued to grow our presence across new sectors and markets.
None of this progress would have been possible without the people who have supported Procon along the way. We are deeply grateful to the employees who bring passion and expertise to their work every day, the partners who collaborate with us to solve complex industry challenges, and the clients who have placed their trust in us for more than two decades. Procon’s success would not have been possible without their hard work, confidence, collaboration, and shared values.
As we reflected on our journey during annual strategic planning sessions, it became clear that Procon’s brand needed to evolve alongside the company. The logo we have carried for the past quarter century was originally sketched on a sheet of notepad paper in 2000. It reflected our small, bespoke roots at the time, and that identity has served us well.
But today, Procon looks different.
With nearly 250 professionals across the country, a deep bench of subject matter experts, and an expanding portfolio of services, Procon has grown into a sophisticated consulting firm serving some of the most complex, mission-critical projects across the industry.
Our new brand reflects that evolution. It pays tribute to Procon’s heritage while illustrating the progress, innovation, and leadership we’ve honed over these past 25 years.
Procon’s refreshed identity, which we officially launched on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, includes a modernized logo, an immersive website experience, and updated messaging that better represents who we are now and where we are headed. This rebrand marks an important milestone as we continue expanding internationally, advancing our technology-driven services, and strengthening our position as a leader in construction management and digital construction solutions.
While our brand may be evolving, our core mission and values remain the same. We remain committed to making our clients happy and embodying integrity, teamwork, excellence and customer service in our every day work.
As we close out out 25th anniversary year and step into the future, we are proud to introduce the next chapter of our company.
This is Procon Now. Built to Move the Industry Forward.
