The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), has awarded Procon two contracts to provide Construction Management, Program/Project Management Services and Building/Lease Inspection Services under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Procon was chosen through a competitive procurement to provide services not only on the Small Business Zonal BPAs that cover all four GSA zones across the country, but also on the nationwide unrestricted BPA.
“With Procon’s experience on some of GSA’s mega projects, it was particularly gratifying that Procon won a spot on the unrestricted nationwide contract,” said Mark Ilich, Procon’s Co-Founder and Executive Vice President. “We are the only small business granted an unrestricted award. We think GSA’s decision reflects well on our 23 years of service on federal projects.”
Procon’s successful selection was measured based on the breadth, depth, and relevance of our prior experience in performing similar work in each of GSA’s zones and our performance on the previous five-year GPA. Each new BPA runs through 2028.
