Procon is proud to announce that Olivia McKoy, Director of Human Resources, has been recognized with a 2026 DCA Live HR Leadership Award, honoring human resources professionals who demonstrate exceptional leadership in talent strategy, organizational development, workplace culture, and employee engagement.
Presented annually by DCA Live, the awards recognize HR leaders who are making a meaningful impact within their organizations and across the greater Washington business community.
Since joining Procon, Olivia has helped shape the company’s people-first culture while supporting significant organizational growth. Drawing on her background in HR technology and digital transformation, she has modernized HR practices, strengthened talent development, and positioned the company to support an increasingly diverse workforce serving clients across project and construction management, technology consulting, and engineering services.
Her leadership comes during a landmark period for Procon. The company recently earned its first WTOP Top Workplaces Award, celebrated its 25th anniversary, expanded employee recognition through its companywide awards program, invested in partnerships with Virginia Tech focused on construction technology research, strengthened its internship program, and supported more than 30 charitable initiatives, contributing over $50,000 to organizations making a difference in the communities where Procon works.
