Advancing capital improvements within an operational convention facility
Under an IDIQ contract with Orange County Government, Procon provides project controls and project management services to support implementation of the Convention Center’s Capital Improvements Plan (CIP).
Working across multiple concurrent renovation and upgrade initiatives, Procon delivers structured cost and schedule oversight while the facility remains operational. Our team supports procurement, permitting, financial review, quality control, and closeout activities—helping ensure improvements advance without disrupting ongoing events and operations.
Using e-Builder as the central project management platform, Procon coordinates documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication to maintain transparency and control across phases of design and construction.
The result is disciplined capital program execution supported by reliable forecasting, clear documentation, and integrated schedule management.

Cost Estimating & Value Engineering
Procon provides cost estimating services at all design and construction phases, supporting value engineering decisions and helping leadership maintain alignment with budget targets across the CIP portfolio.
Schedule Review & Forecasting
Our team conducts schedule development and analysis to support realistic sequencing, milestone tracking, and on-time delivery across multiple renovation projects.
Healthcare Coordination & Risk Awareness
Leveraging e-Builder, Procon supports financial management, payment review, documentation tracking, and compliance oversight—providing a centralized framework for cost and schedule control throughout project execution.
