As part of our 25th Anniversary celebration, Procon Co-founders Mark Ilich and Kyu Jung, along with senior leaders Edward Pogreba, Sally Clark, CPSM, CF APMP, and Jason Reed, headed to Houston to visit with the Texas team and check in on the work we are doing for NASA Johnson Space Center.
The visit included an unforgettable tour of NASA’s Mission Control Center and the Space Vehicle Mockup Facility—where the team even crossed paths with an astronaut heading to training for a space flight!
Leadership also got a firsthand look at the construction progress for Building 31, home to the Astromaterials Research and Exploration Science (ARES) Division. The new annex, managed by our Houston team, will bring additional state-of-the-art labs, conference rooms, and office space to support research on extraterrestrial materials like lunar rocks and meteorites.
And of course—no trip to Houston is complete without BBQ. When the Houston team finished showing leadership around the NASA Johnson Space Center, the group hit the town for the region’s best steaks and wound down with drinks around the firepit.
