Under multiple task orders, Procon supported new construction and renovation efforts across limited commercial, multifamily, and single-family facilities throughout the City of Phoenix. Assignments included grant-funded programs, infill development, and infrastructure-related improvements.
Working through 77 task orders, Procon delivered detailed construction cost estimates, bid evaluations, value engineering reviews, and cost updates—ensuring city leaders had reliable data to support planning and procurement decisions.
Our team applied industry-standard estimating tools and structured quality control processes to review scopes, schedules, and change orders. With a dedicated Project Director and rapid-response capabilities—including 24-hour turnaround on time-sensitive requests—Procon provided consistent support across the City’s evolving construction program.
