Procon Consulting, LLC (Procon) and Brown Construction Services, Inc. (BCS) have officially entered into a Mentor-Protégé Agreement (MPA) under the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).

Through this partnership, Procon—a nation-wide CM firm known for innovative, technology-driven solutions—will provide mentorship to BCS—a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) recognized for cost-effective construction and facilities management services in the National Capital Region. This collaboration pairs Procon’s large-scale program management experience and advanced technology services with BCS’s agility and proven track record of supporting federal clients.
Procon and BCS share an overlapping client base and a commitment to delivering excellence, and have already demonstrated success working together on projects for the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), General Services Administration (GSA), the Canaveral Port Authority (CPA), and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The BCS-Procon JV builds on that foundation, enabling the firms to scale innovation, broaden their federal footprint, and enhance delivery of critical U.S. infrastructure.
